Do you work with clients outside LATAM?

Yes. Most of my work is async, so location isn't an issue. I do ask for timezone overlap for weekly syncs — it works well with clients in the US, Europe, and LATAM.

Why don't you show fixed prices?

Because every project is different. Inflating a "standard" price to cover variability would be unfair to you. I'd rather have a short conversation, understand the scope, and give you an honest number. The clarification session has a public price because it's a fixed format.

How long does a typical MVP take?

4–8 weeks, depending on scope. If you need something in 2 weeks, it's probably not an MVP — it's a prototype. We'll figure that out in the viability session.

Do you work alone or do you have a team?

Alone, by design. That's part of my value proposition: a single point of contact who understands product, design, and code. If your project needs a large team, I can connect you with people I trust, but that's no longer me.

What if I need changes after the project?

You get 2 weeks of post-launch support at no extra cost. After that, we move to a monthly retainer or I close the project and you ship what we delivered.

Do you accept equity instead of payment?

Occasionally. For it to work, the company needs to be genuinely pre-seed and the conversation needs to be explicit and documented. Most of the time, I prefer cash.

Yes. The complete methodology is public at ai-first.autenticsign.com under an open license. The template bundle here is also free. I charge for implementing it with teams, not for the methodology itself.

Does it work with any coding tool?

Yes. I designed it to be tool-agnostic. It works with Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot Workspace, and any other coding agent. The principles don't depend on any specific vendor.

Is it only for large teams?

No. I use it solo on my own projects. It's just as valuable for one person as for a team of 30. The difference is which artifacts you prioritize in each case.

How is it different from "vibe coding"?

Vibe coding is building with an agent without a method: fast at first, chaotic after the first week. AI-First Blueprint is the opposite: it invests upfront time in context so that speed is sustainable. There's an entire chapter on this difference in the docs.

Why do you use "we" if you say you're the author?

I'm the primary author, but the methodology came out of a real project with AutenTIC and was enriched by feedback from several early-adopter teams. The intellectual authorship is mine; the learning is collective.

Are you available? Do you have a full-time job?

I have a full-time role and work on Falcux on the side, ~12 hours a week. That means I take projects selectively and with clear expectations. It's not better or worse than being a pure freelancer — it's honesty about my capacity.

I live in Bogotá, Colombia. I work from here with clients in LATAM, the US, and Europe. Bogotá has a convenient time zone for nearly any market in the Western Hemisphere.

I don't publish a CV. The /about page and case studies tell the story better than a PDF. If your company needs a formal CV for internal processes, I'll put one together.

Soon, no fixed date. I refuse to announce launches I'll have to push back. The waitlist makes sure you hear first, with no spam in between.

Yes. Every USD-priced product will have country-level pricing (PPP) where possible. I want the people who follow me here to be able to buy without thinking twice.
